Fine big bead necklace set with lavender and white jadeite jade, and accented with diamonds and sapphires in 18k and 22k.

The lavender jade has a strong purple hue, uniform and saturated.

The necklace is inspired by Cartier’s green jade necklace, this is its dreamy lavender offshoot.

Lavender jadeite beads are not readily available in high quality, and if offered in high jewelry could be out of reach.

The necklace is 22″, a slightly longer length to wear these 11mm beads artistically, composed with two jade halo accents in reverse colors.

Specifically, one is an accent (icy white jade cabochon + sapphire), and the other a clasp (lavender jade cabochon + diamond).

The wearer will have fun with this necklace, since the accent and clasp can be styled however one wishes, facing sideways, or both to the front.

Over and over again, the color way of this necklace bewitches.

While green jade is warmer with yellow gold, lavender jade is cooler with white gold.

Both accent and clasp are 18k white gold topped and 22k yellow gold backed, these are de rigueur techniques to sign off a modern day heirloom.

The sophisticated craftsmanship that went into this dreamy jewel is visible to the eye and mind.

No one will make this in modern day without a commission because it is just too costly going all this way.

Modern variations must sacrifice standards and/or substitute materials – this is not one.

For an idea of sizing, the accent is the size of a dinner ring (20mm by 18mm), and the clasp is the size of a halo ring (15mm around).

Diamonds weigh 1.02ctw; sapphires weigh 3.66ctw.
