For international customers, please get in touch with us if you can’t find anyone locally to fix it. Send the item back and we will fix it. We may or may not charge a service fee for repair work; this depends on how much work there is to be done. We offer this service hardly to make money. We offer this service because of the nature of work that we do. What we do for our local customers, we offer to our international customers. We hope this is our added advantage.
We will consider exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We accept order cancellations as long as we haven’t shipped out the order.
