18k halo diamond ring set with an unheated 10.38ct padparadscha sapphire.
This Sri Lankan orangey pink sapphire is of a desirable pastel hue. It is of medium saturation and not too dark or light.
This perfect state of pink is not the same as a pink sapphire, the trained eye knows. There is a resemblance to a pink diamond, though a very pink one.
There is no secondary color modifier other than orange, which makes this a solid pad.
In its big size, this padparadscha sapphire is rare to come to market.
The cushion cut sapphire is flanked by a row of diamonds weighing 3ctw, outermost bordered by small diamonds in a scalloped trim.
Under the stone is a rose gold bezel, to deliver the sapphire’s unique hue to its utmost.
The ring’s setting makes the cushion cut feminine, but it retains the majesty of a rare stone.
The ring’s face measures 18.5mm by 21mm, in a nondescript band. It is a ring design that pays tribute to luxury stones and remains uncluttered, despite the halo of diamonds.
The stone measures 12.58 x 10.12 x 8.26 mm.
