Natural orange Mandarin garnet weighing 13.17ct.

The orange stone is a spessartite garnet, known in the trade as mandarin garnet.

The stone is certified Orange, even if it appears to the eye as reddish orange.

The reddish, orange and orange-red stones are desirable hues and different hues attract different eyes, though it is the fire that the specimen is known for.

This gem is considered a quite clean, with a medium to intense saturation, a brilliant warmth in a great size for a ring or pendant, with most of its weight on its face.
